Level 1 – The Body is the entry point into the 4 Level Self-Healing Method.
This course is designed to help you understand, regulate, and support your physical body in a way that is grounded, informed, and safe.
This is not a quick fix.
It is a foundational reset, for women who are tired of being dismissed, rushed, or treated as a problem to be managed.
What this level focuses on
In Level 1, we work with the physical layer of healing, including:

Understanding what your body has been communicating through symptoms

Learning how chronic stress, inflammation, and survival patterns impact the body

Rebuilding safety in the nervous system

Supporting the body through awareness, pacing, and regulation

Reconnecting to your body without force or pressure
This level lays the groundwork for all deeper healing work.

You are not meant to “finish” quickly

Rest and integration are part of the process
You do not need prior knowledge.
You do not need to be at a certain stage.
You only need willingness to listen to your body.
